Everyone requires a ticket, including nominees. It is common for all award shows to sell tickets to offset the thousands of dollars in costs associated. (SAG awards charge $800 a seat,  Leos are upwards of $250 each,  YAA is $200-$275 USD, etc.. Other big award shows often have seat/ticket costs covered by the large productions and sponsors). We have kept the cost as low as possible so that the kids can afford to attend and still be spoiled with a great day.

2015 HOSTS

   MICHELLE CREBER & GABRIEL BROWN

MICHELLE CREBER is a 16-year-old Canadian who has a busy career as an actor, singer, dancer, musician and song-writer. Onscreen credits include “Kelly” in the gritty Western series Strange Empire (CBC/LMN), Supernatural (CW), Smart Cookies (Hallmark), Killer Among Us (Lifetime), The Haunting Hour (The Hub) and Eureka (NBC). Michelle is known internationally as the speaking/singing voice of “Apple Bloom” and the singing voice for "Sweetie Belle" on My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. Other notable voiceover credits include “Lucy” in Peanuts (Warner Bros) and “Alice” in Martha Speaks (PBS Kids). Michelle has also performed extensively in the theatre world, including twice in the title role of Annie (TUTS & Gateway) and “Dorothy” in The Wizard of Oz (Footlight). As a recording artist, Michelle’s 2012 debut album Timeless: Songs of a Century was embraced by fans worldwide and features vocal skills and style beyond her years. She has also sung lead vocals on the soundtracks for several TV series and movies including a recent duet arrangement with Billy Joel for Hallmark Channel’s Just the Way You Are.

GABRIEL BROWN (aka Black Gryph0n) is a 25-year-old American singer, actor, voice actor, songwriter and animator. At the age of 18, Gabe joined the US Navy and was training as a SEAL when he broke his femur in a sky diving accident. He switched to the Navy’s music department and spent three years touring the Eastern Hemisphere as lead singer for the 7th Fleet Band Orient Express. He was awarded three Achievement Medals as "a superb vocalist/entertainer", singing authentically in 12 languages for millions of people, during hundreds of engagements. Now separated with an honourable discharge, and with an extensive following around the world (including over 100,000 Youtube subscribers), Gabe is a permanent resident of Canada and is pursuing his entertainment career north of the border. His credits include vocals for the hit animated TV series My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, theme song lead vocals for Pac-Man & the Ghostly Adventures, commercial voiceover roles and a hit CD entitled IMmortal with his brother Baasik.

After releasing a successful 2013 collab cover of Michael Jackson’s Beat It, Michelle and Gabe have continued to work together; recording, writing, performing, touring, vlogging, creating comedy sketches and releasing songs and CDs as a duo. Their first album of original co-written songs is due for release in 2016.  www.michellecreber.com / www.blackgryph0n.com
